Raw honey needs to stay below 110 degrees or it will become pasteurized and loose its natural medicinal qualities.  If the honey is infused at a cold temperature, oxygen bubbles will form in the honey making it appear cloudy.  We choose not to place this honey into stores because its not up to our brand standard.  We would like to pass the savings on to you.  There is no difference with the taste or potency, its simply not as aesthetically pleasing to us.  We're sure you will enjoy!
